“You should never compare yourself to anyone, because the true perfection of every being is found only in comparison with oneself.
Helena P. Blavatsky”
“We are equal in our souls, in the goals we are pursuing, in the teachings we share, in the spaces where we work – and in many other similar things we have mentioned. We believe that these essential equalities contribute to a healthy coexistence and can smooth out the edges that arise from natural differences, which cannot be avoided or hidden.
Are we different in something? Yes, in many things, and there is nothing offensive about it. We are different in genders, ages, education, character traits, tastes, ways of expression, work rhythms… and in dozens of other differences that cannot be determined by imposing them. We know that these differences do not touch the spiritual essence, but they do affect the personality, and unfortunately, we usually act more through our personality than through our spirit, which means more through what makes us different than through what makes us the same.” What is equal.
It is important to understand that, apart from essential values, we humans are different, and these differences deserve attention and understanding in order for us to ultimately reach respect.
Can we work as a team?
Difficulties in teamwork indicate a trait of egoism, and egoism is the main obstacle in our internal actions. Those who do not know how to live with others do not know how to live with themselves. What one cannot achieve with others, one will not achieve with oneself.
Criticize or set an example?
Beware of those who demand examples but do not give them: they are the ones who never use what they sell, they do not apply what they teach, in other words, they are frauds. Beware of those who constantly criticize, as they are not good for long-term achievements or for building the future; they only have value when it comes to undermining what others do.
However, even more importantly, let us be careful to set a good example, and let us not be interested in good examples from others. is given by others.
Weak and strong
Only weaklings protect themselves with differences. They become strong through them because they have no other way to affirm their own personality.
Someone who is strong, who firmly feels their beliefs, and is humble while following their life path, will not lose an ounce of their security when they get closer to others and share something with them because we all have something to give and something to receive.
